Covet Jealously?

Jealously is not a good thing. it really is an evil spirit. Think about what happens when people are jealous. What do jealous people do? Do they hold hate in their heart? Do they try and steal your things? Do they really want you to move forward? Are jealous people good to keep as friends? These are just a few simple things people may or may not want to ask them self. I myself have and did and I honestly confess I run from jealous people. A tainted kiss can be deadly and jealous people will do such things. Butter you up with fancy words while secretly they plot to steal your soul and everything they are envious of they want to destroyed. Please think deeper on it if you want.

Jealously is not a good thing. Thou shall not covet. Most do not even know what that means. I am going to share the meaning of the word. But I pray everyone out there with a jealous spirit I pray God help you let that go. Instead of being jealous and envy others I pray God give you much strength to get your own happiness and joy so that you may not be jealous of any. I pray the Lord find you and help you just find His joy and peace and help you over come the things in your heart that hold you down.

I don’t have a jealous bone in my body. But I have had a few people jealous of me. For what? In church I heard a lot of hate. I spoke on some things and I heard people say.I wish I had that. and I am like you sure about that? If I started speaking to you all the great many things that happened to me, I have not found one who would want to change spots with me.

Grass is not greener on the other side. You don’t like your yard? then clean it up. Work harder. Seek happiness in God. It worked for me and I am a firm believer of if God can give me joy He can give anyone else joy to.

Thou shall not covet. Many years ago they taught this as a commandment from God. it was only ten simple commandments we could not even keep. Now many don’t even speak on it. I am thinking is this where Jesus said love thy neighbor? So how is this different then thou shall not covet? Do you love people and be jealous of them at the same time? Does jealously lead to hate? is jealous the same thing as covet?

Exodus 20:17 King James Version (KJV)

17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.
